A quick definition of indecent exposure:

Indecent exposure is when someone shows their private parts in public in a way that can upset or scare other people. It's against the law because it's not polite or respectful to show your private parts where other people can see them. It's like showing your underwear in public, but worse. If someone does this on purpose and it's not okay, they can get in trouble with the police.

A more thorough explanation:

Indecent exposure is when someone shows their private parts in public in a way that could offend others. It is against the law because it can make people feel uncomfortable or scared.

For example, if someone walks around naked in a park where families are playing, that would be indecent exposure. Or if someone flashes their private parts to someone else on the street, that would also be indecent exposure.

In the United States, indecent exposure is usually considered a misdemeanor, which means it is a less serious crime than a felony but still against the law.

The three things that need to be proven for someone to be charged with indecent exposure are:

  1. The person showed a private part of their body in a way that was indecent
  2. The person did it on purpose and knew it was wrong
  3. The person's behavior was not good for society and could cause problems

Overall, indecent exposure is a serious crime that can make people feel uncomfortable and scared. It is important to respect other people's privacy and keep private parts covered in public.

This is obviously not true for UVA. Past years show they don't send any non A results until December
