A quick definition of lex Boiorum:

Term: LEX BOIORUM

Definition: The law of Bavaria, a group of people who lived a long time ago. It was written down by Theodoric and Dagobert. It is also called lex Baioriorum or lex Boiorum.

A more thorough explanation:

Definition: The Lex Boiorum, also known as the Lex Baiuvariorum, was a set of laws created by the Bavarian people during the Early Middle Ages. The laws were first collected by Theodoric and later completed and promulgated by Dagobert. It was one of the earliest legal codes in Europe.

Example: One example of a law in the Lex Boiorum was that if a man was caught stealing, he would have to pay a fine to the victim. If he couldn't pay the fine, he would become a slave to the victim until the debt was paid off.

Explanation: This example illustrates how the Lex Boiorum was a set of laws that governed the behavior of the Bavarian people. It shows that there were consequences for breaking the law, and that the punishment was often a fine or servitude. The Lex Boiorum was an important legal code in the Early Middle Ages and helped to shape the legal systems of Europe.

@mastermonkey45: Looking at some of the recent decisions in relation to when they went complete, I'd say it's a good sign. It seems many declines were sent within about 5-6 weeks of completion. Given those were applications that were SENT in January, I'd say that means you're still solidly in the running. :)

Sent an app to OSU in early december and have STILL not heard back
