A quick definition of misrepresenter:

A misrepresenter is someone who tells another person something that is not true or accurate.

A more thorough explanation:

Definition: A misrepresenter is someone who gives false information or presents something in a misleading way to another person.

Example: If a used car salesman tells a customer that a car has never been in an accident when it actually has, the salesman is a misrepresenter.

Explanation: The example shows how a misrepresenter can deceive someone by providing false information. In this case, the used car salesman is misrepresenting the car's history to make a sale. This can be harmful to the customer who may end up buying a car that is not in good condition.

Another example: A politician who promises to lower taxes but then raises them after being elected is also a misrepresenter.

Explanation: This example shows how a misrepresenter can be someone in a position of power who makes promises they do not intend to keep. The politician misrepresents their intentions to gain votes and then goes back on their word, which can harm the people who voted for them.

what’s a good scholarship for you? what would make BC or Fordham worth it?
12:25
Hmmmm let me think

fordham’s max aid they give is 45k per year
Bunny I can possibly get a 75%+ scholarship from villanova or temple, and I'd be moving back in with my parents if I went there so I'd have near-zero COL. It'd be really hard to beat that
I would prefer BC over Fordham just because I like boston more, but I'm expecting a WL there tbh
I would maybe consider BC with $ but I don't know how to decide if a better biglaw chance is worth the COL + higher tuition
