multicraft union

Read a random definition: literae recognitionis

A quick definition of multicraft union:

MULTICRAFT UNION: A multicraft union is a type of union that represents workers who have multiple skills and can perform various tasks within a company. This means that instead of having separate unions for each type of job, such as electricians or plumbers, a multicraft union represents all workers who have multiple skills. This can be beneficial for both the workers and the company, as it allows for more flexibility in job assignments and can lead to increased efficiency and productivity.

A more thorough explanation:

A multicraft union is a type of labor union that represents workers who have multiple skills or trades. These workers are able to perform a variety of tasks within their industry, making them more versatile and valuable to employers.

For example, a member of a multicraft union in the construction industry may be able to perform tasks such as carpentry, plumbing, and electrical work. This allows them to be assigned to different projects and tasks as needed, making them more valuable to their employer.

Another example of a multicraft union is in the manufacturing industry, where workers may have skills in areas such as welding, machining, and assembly. These workers can be trained to perform multiple tasks on the production line, increasing efficiency and productivity.

Overall, a multicraft union provides benefits to both the workers and the employers by creating a more skilled and versatile workforce.

@mastermonkey45: Looking at some of the recent decisions in relation to when they went complete, I'd say it's a good sign. It seems many declines were sent within about 5-6 weeks of completion. Given those were applications that were SENT in January, I'd say that means you're still solidly in the running. :)

Sent an app to OSU in early december and have STILL not heard back
Give it 4 more weeks at least. Everyone in this chat needs to wait longer.
