A quick definition of neonatology:

Neonatology is a type of medicine that helps babies who are just born. It helps doctors take care of babies who are very small or have problems when they are born. A doctor who works in neonatology is called a neonatologist.

A more thorough explanation:

Definition: Neonatology is a branch of medicine that focuses on the care and treatment of newborn babies, especially those who are born prematurely or with health problems. It deals with the development of newborn children and various disorders of early infancy.

Examples: Neonatologists work in neonatal intensive care units (NICUs) and provide specialized care for premature babies, babies with low birth weight, birth defects, infections, breathing problems, and other health issues. They also provide support and guidance to parents and families during this critical time.

Explanation: Neonatology is a specialized field of medicine that requires extensive training and expertise. Neonatologists work closely with other healthcare professionals to provide the best possible care for newborn babies. The examples illustrate the importance of neonatology in providing specialized care for premature and sick babies, and the role of neonatologists in supporting families during this challenging time.

@mastermonkey45: Looking at some of the recent decisions in relation to when they went complete, I'd say it's a good sign. It seems many declines were sent within about 5-6 weeks of completion. Given those were applications that were SENT in January, I'd say that means you're still solidly in the running. :)

Sent an app to OSU in early december and have STILL not heard back
Give it 4 more weeks at least. Everyone in this chat needs to wait longer.
