OWI

Read a random definition: disaster loss

A quick definition of OWI:

OWI stands for Operating While Intoxicated. This means that someone is driving a car while they are not able to do so safely because they have consumed alcohol or drugs. It is against the law to operate a vehicle in this condition. Sometimes OWI is also called DUI, DWAI, DUIL, DWI, OUI, OMVI, or OMVUI.

A more thorough explanation:

Definition: OWI stands for Operating While Intoxicated. It is a criminal offense of operating a motor vehicle while being physically or mentally impaired, especially after consuming alcohol or drugs. This offense is also known as Driving Under the Influence (DUI).

Examples: If a person is caught driving a car after drinking too much alcohol, they can be charged with OWI or DUI. In some places, the terms OWI and DUI are used interchangeably. However, in some jurisdictions, OWI is considered a lesser offense than DUI.

Explanation: OWI is a serious offense that endangers the lives of the driver, passengers, and other people on the road. It is illegal to operate a motor vehicle while under the influence of drugs or alcohol because it impairs a person's ability to drive safely. The examples illustrate how a person can be charged with OWI or DUI if they are caught driving while intoxicated. It is important to avoid drinking and driving to prevent accidents and legal consequences.

@mastermonkey45: Looking at some of the recent decisions in relation to when they went complete, I'd say it's a good sign. It seems many declines were sent within about 5-6 weeks of completion. Given those were applications that were SENT in January, I'd say that means you're still solidly in the running. :)

Sent an app to OSU in early december and have STILL not heard back
