PER TACITAM RELOCATIONEM

Per tacitam relocationem means "by tacit relocation" in Latin. It refers to a historical practice where a person's property rights were transferred without their explicit consent or knowledge. This could happen through a variety of means, such as inheritance or marriage.

One example of per tacitam relocationem is when a father dies and his property automatically passes to his eldest son, without any formal transfer of ownership. Another example is when a woman marries and her property becomes her husband's, without her explicitly agreeing to the transfer.

@mastermonkey45: Looking at some of the recent decisions in relation to when they went complete, I'd say it's a good sign. It seems many declines were sent within about 5-6 weeks of completion. Given those were applications that were SENT in January, I'd say that means you're still solidly in the running. :)

Sent an app to OSU in early december and have STILL not heard back
