Simple English definitions for legal terms

pictorial, graphic, and sculptural work

Read a random definition: Pass-through taxation

A quick definition of pictorial, graphic, and sculptural work:

Pictorial, graphic, and sculptural work refers to art that is created in two or three dimensions, such as paintings, drawings, prints, photographs, sculptures, and other forms of visual art.

Zoning is a way that cities and towns divide up their land into different areas, or zones, with different rules about what can be built or done in each zone. For example, some zones might be for houses only, while others might be for businesses or factories. Zoning helps to keep neighborhoods and communities organized and safe, and to make sure that different types of buildings and activities are in the right places.

A more thorough explanation:

Definition: Pictorial, graphic, and sculptural work refers to any artwork that is two-dimensional or three-dimensional in nature, such as paintings, drawings, prints, photographs, sculptures, and other forms of visual art.

Example: An example of pictorial work is a painting of a landscape, while an example of graphic work is a poster design for a concert. Sculptural work includes statues, carvings, and installations.

Explanation: Pictorial, graphic, and sculptural work are all forms of visual art that are created to express ideas, emotions, or aesthetics. These works can be created using a variety of materials and techniques, such as paint, ink, charcoal, clay, metal, and wood. The examples provided illustrate the different types of artwork that fall under this category and show how they can be used to convey different messages or evoke different feelings in the viewer.

@mastermonkey45: Looking at some of the recent decisions in relation to when they went complete, I'd say it's a good sign. It seems many declines were sent within about 5-6 weeks of completion. Given those were applications that were SENT in January, I'd say that means you're still solidly in the running. :)

Sent an app to OSU in early december and have STILL not heard back
