Read a random definition: arrestandis bonis ne dissipentur

A quick definition of secta facienda per illam quae habet eniciam partem:

Term: SECTA FACIENDA PER ILLAM QUAE HABET ENICIAM PARTEM

Definition: This is a legal term that means a writ that orders the oldest heir or co-owner to perform services for all the other co-owners. It's like a rule that says the oldest sibling has to do certain things for their younger siblings.

A more thorough explanation:

SECTA FACIENDA PER ILLAM QUAE HABET ENICIAM PARTEM

SECTA FACIENDA PER ILLAM QUAE HABET ENICIAM PARTEM is a legal term that means "suit to be performed by her who has the eldest part." It refers to a writ that orders the eldest heir or coparcener to perform suit and services for all the coheirs or coparceners.

An example of SECTA FACIENDA PER ILLAM QUAE HABET ENICIAM PARTEM would be if a father passed away and left his estate to his three daughters. The eldest daughter would be ordered to perform suit and services for all three daughters.

Another example would be if a property was owned by two siblings as coparceners. If one of the siblings passed away, the surviving sibling would be ordered to perform suit and services for the deceased sibling's heirs.

These examples illustrate how SECTA FACIENDA PER ILLAM QUAE HABET ENICIAM PARTEM is used to ensure that all coheirs or coparceners receive their fair share of suit and services.

No, at least from the two people I know there that’s false. I think it’s just something like Chicago for conservatives is on par with S whereas for liberals it’s below HYS but above CCNP

I mean I think even the student body there only like 15 percent is part of fedsoc
It's more just not a good # for people who aren't willing to clerk conservative. I'm sure they place liberal clerks at an above average rate for a t-6 though. Maybe higher (not entirely sure)
