A quick definition of whitecapping:

Term: WHITECAPPING

Definition: Whitecapping is a bad thing that some people do to scare others who are different from them. They threaten to hurt them or make them leave their home or job. This is against the law and was made to stop groups like the Ku Klux Klan from doing it.

A more thorough explanation:

Definition: Whitecapping is a criminal act where a person threatens someone, usually a member of a minority group, with violence to force them to move away or stop doing a certain job or business. These laws were created to stop the Ku Klux Klan's activities.

Example: A group of white men threaten a black family to leave their neighborhood or face violence. This is an example of whitecapping.

Explanation: In this example, the white men are using threats of violence to force the black family to move away. This is a form of intimidation and discrimination based on race. Whitecapping laws were created to protect people from this kind of behavior and to hold those who engage in it accountable for their actions.

Do the admissions offices close on Veterans Day?
I think someone here was really interested in Cornell Law. I forgot their username now but I just talked to the Cornell admissions rep at the Houston LSAC fair and apparently 2/3 of people who interview at Cornell ultimately get in.

I wonder what it’s dependent on? Are the 2/3 chosen on stats, or interview performance, or more holistically?
I'm honestly not sure

Funniest shit about Oppenheimer to me was some chick at the end of the movie saying dead serious to her boyfriend "That movie was kinda boring, I wish there were more explosions". Like she wanted us to bomb Japan harder or something. It was such an awkward thing to say and it made me laugh.

I'll always talk about the summer of barbenheimer like boomers who talk about woodstock 69 or whatever.
