Nice, I am prob closer to Aug 1. I'm from the east coast so it's gonna be a one and done trip for me lol. Would have loved to go to the events they held but just not feasable unfortunately

I gotcha. I'm three hours south of Columbus so it's manageable. Especially now that I have an apartment. Me and the lady are having to finish our jobs and are taking a vacation before we finally move in for good so it's been a weird process. We had to lock down a place at Library so we had to get it early.
maybe I will book a little trip before I head over for good too.

It's good to have a little break from work before school. She's going to OSU for vet school so it was a joint decision for us. I would definitely take a trip beforehand. Especially if you want to find a place. I really love Library Park.
have you spent significant time at library yet? Interested in how the soundproofing is over there. I was reading up on new complexes in columbus being built with cheap materials resulting in paper thin walls.

We've stayed overnight. The sound wasn't a big issue. We could hear a little bit from upstairs but not much. There was a guy down the hall blasting music, but it didn't bleed into our place. Haven't had any problems yet. We're a little older than typical students so we like our quiet and privacy lol
I think the amenities and the positives outweigh the negatives there. Trash chutes on each floor. Big stuff goes down to a trash room but an elevator takes you straight down.
