has anyone heard back about waitlists?
anyone hear ab waitlist 5/19
still wl 6/11
No scholarships remaining and class is almost completely full. 6/20
Did you talk with admissions?
I did via email. I sent up a follow-up to check on my status because I have pending offers. They were very friendly but to the point. Direct quote: "The Committee is still working through emails. Please note that at this time, we have a pretty full class and no scholarships available." I was ultimately waitlisted. So it's possible spots and money could open up for students later? I'm not sure how that works. But my impression was they're basically done. of course, you or others may interpret that same statement differently. Good luck!! 6/20
figures! thank you thpugh
Just got an email saying I was A but no update on my portal is this normal?
^got the same email.
did your status checker update?
what time did yours come
Has anyone actually gone under review yet?
Yeah, on 11/13. I'd been sitting at ready for review for two months
@TrentCrimmTheIndependent: Love your username lol but thank you for answering! I spoke to a admissions officer who came to my school and she said that they would start reviewing applications this week but I haven't seen any movement with mine (even though I submitted sort of early) so I was just wondering if they had actually started to review.
haha thank you!! Their website says that they were supposed to start releasing decisions early November, so I'm wondering if the increase in applicants has made them slow down a bit. I hope you go under review soon!! :)
@TrentCrimmTheIndependent: Thank you! When I spoke to the lady she just said running behind and that they hope to have the first set of decisions back before Thanksgiving. I am just hoping I am in that wave but I am doubting that now.
I'm keeping my fingers crossed for you!
Fingers crossed, Thanks for calling! I wonder if they mean this week - Cause I know Pitt starts their break next week
