Since when are the nyc schools chincy? I thought they gave the most aid per capita y/n percentage? But they do not hand out much above half? I heard it was to offset living cost differences so they are total cost same as peers.

two options - retake or not retake. if i retake i might get a higher score which would be a major W. but it'll be tough to get a higher score as i only have 2 weeks to prepare. and i'll have to quit my job too.
