A quick definition of alien amy:

An alien is a person who lives in a country but is not a citizen of that country. In the United States, an alien is someone who was born outside of the country and is subject to a foreign government. There are different types of aliens, such as resident aliens who legally live in the country and undocumented aliens who enter the country illegally. An alien friend is an alien who is a citizen of a friendly country, while an alien enemy is an alien who is a citizen of a country at war with the country they are living in.

A more thorough explanation:

Definition: Alien Amy is a term used to refer to an alien friend. An alien is a person who lives in a country but is not a citizen or subject of that country. In the United States, an alien is someone who was born outside the country, is subject to a foreign government, and has not been naturalized under U.S. law.

Example: If a person from Mexico comes to live in the United States but has not become a citizen, they are considered an alien. If that person becomes friends with someone in the U.S., they could be referred to as an alien friend or Alien Amy.

This term is used to distinguish between aliens who are considered enemies (alien enemies) and those who are considered friends (alien friends). It is important to note that the term "alien" can have negative connotations, but in this context, it simply refers to a person's legal status in a country.

@mastermonkey45: Looking at some of the recent decisions in relation to when they went complete, I'd say it's a good sign. It seems many declines were sent within about 5-6 weeks of completion. Given those were applications that were SENT in January, I'd say that means you're still solidly in the running. :)
