FCPV stands for Failure to Comply with Parking Violations.

When a person accumulates a certain threshold of unresolved parking violations, they may face significant legal consequences, most commonly the inability to obtain a new driver's license or renew an existing one until all outstanding tickets and associated fees are addressed.
