A more thorough explanation:

Jus Actionis

Jus actionis is a Latin term used in Scots law to refer to a person's right to take legal action.

For example, if someone owes you money and refuses to pay, you have the jus actionis to take them to court to recover the debt. Similarly, if someone has caused you harm or injury, you have the jus actionis to sue them for damages.

Jus actionis is a legal term that refers to a person's right to take legal action. This means that if someone has done something wrong to you, you have the right to take them to court to seek justice. The examples given illustrate how this works in practice. If someone owes you money, you can use your jus actionis to take them to court and recover the debt. If someone has caused you harm or injury, you can use your jus actionis to sue them for damages. In both cases, the jus actionis gives you the legal right to seek redress for the wrong that has been done to you.

@mastermonkey45: Looking at some of the recent decisions in relation to when they went complete, I'd say it's a good sign. It seems many declines were sent within about 5-6 weeks of completion. Given those were applications that were SENT in January, I'd say that means you're still solidly in the running. :)

Sent an app to OSU in early december and have STILL not heard back
