A quick definition of redditus:

REDDITUS: A Latin word that means "return" or "revenue". It is often used to refer to rent payments. There are different types of rent payments, such as rent payable in money (called "rentus albi"), rent payable in goods or labor (called "rentus nigri"), and chief rent paid by a freeholder to go quit of all other services (called "rentus capitales").

A more thorough explanation:

Definition: Redditus is a Latin word that means "return" or "revenue." It specifically refers to rent or other forms of payment received in exchange for the use of property or services.

Examples:

  • Reditus albi: This refers to rent that is paid in silver or other forms of money.
  • Reditus nigri: This refers to rent that is paid in goods or labor instead of money.

@mastermonkey45: Looking at some of the recent decisions in relation to when they went complete, I'd say it's a good sign. It seems many declines were sent within about 5-6 weeks of completion. Given those were applications that were SENT in January, I'd say that means you're still solidly in the running. :)

Sent an app to OSU in early december and have STILL not heard back
Give it 4 more weeks at least. Everyone in this chat needs to wait longer.
