A quick definition of warrant recall:

Term: Warrant Recall

Definition: Warrant recall is a process used by the government to remove information about canceled warrants from their computers. This is done to prevent people from being arrested multiple times or by mistake.

Basically, if a warrant is canceled, the government wants to make sure that the information about it is removed from their system so that nobody gets arrested for something they didn't do.

A more thorough explanation:

Definition: Warrant recall is a process used to remove information about canceled warrants from government computers. This is done to prevent repeated or mistaken arrests.

Example: If a person has a warrant out for their arrest, but then the warrant is canceled, the information about the warrant needs to be removed from government databases. Otherwise, if the person is stopped by police in the future, they may be arrested based on outdated information.

Explanation: Warrant recall is important because it helps prevent innocent people from being arrested due to mistakes or outdated information. By removing canceled warrants from government databases, law enforcement officials can avoid making wrongful arrests and ensure that justice is served fairly.

Do the admissions offices close on Veterans Day?
I think someone here was really interested in Cornell Law. I forgot their username now but I just talked to the Cornell admissions rep at the Houston LSAC fair and apparently 2/3 of people who interview at Cornell ultimately get in.

I wonder what it’s dependent on? Are the 2/3 chosen on stats, or interview performance, or more holistically?
I'm honestly not sure
