My wisdom is yes, it is worth taking the LSAT again. I learned through this process that even a couple of points make a really big difference when it comes to scholarship money. So study a little harder and take it again. (◕︵◕)
If going for part-time, take due diligence in determining if your target schools’ prescribed program includes your preferred electives.

work experience is your friend!! especially as a super splitter and your PS/supplements and general writing skills matter way more than you would think, especially if you can tell a convincing story about why law and why now

GPA 3.86 2024–25 cycle
This process (moreso the LSAT) has been discouraging to say the least. I have yet to take the LSAT but I wish there were more I could offer. It’s just been A LOT. Update: Retaking LSAT for second time this upcoming November.
Don’t be deterred by not seeing your stats have admits to a school here. Not every applicant uses LSD. Use the LSAC Guide to Choosing Law Schools. The admissions data there gives a bigger picture than what you will glean here.
Double check your essays! Don’t waste application fees on schools you can’t realistically afford. Resist the golden handcuffs of elite/pricey schools. Consider your regional market pipeline. Always take the optional interview.
Be kind to yourself
Do not underestimate the power of an outstanding personal statement and LORs. They won’t completely make up for low stats but it can certainly help! Well into my cycle and I am continuing to send letters of interest to ASU….

No matter what happens, something you fear is something worth doing. Just throw yourself into it & you would be surprised what can happen. Life a life borat, at the end of the day no one is really ganna stop you except you :)

YaBoiDaGawd says stay consistent and do the work. There is no replacement for the grind. No shortcut, no cheat code, no nothing. You can grind smarter, but you will always need to grind hard. Don’t be a bum, get it done. LFG!
I changed majors my junior year from physics to international relations at which point my gpa average for the next two years was 3.86. Have a masters degree from University of South Carolina with full ride and fellowship 4.0.
