certificate of registry

Read a random definition: Starker exchange

A quick definition of certificate of registry:

A certificate of registry is a document that proves a ship has been registered according to the law. It is like a birth certificate for a ship. The registry is a list of all the ships that follow the rules of a particular country. Each ship is listed under the flag it flies. This helps to keep track of ships and make sure they are following the right regulations.

A more thorough explanation:

A certificate of registry is a legal document that proves a ship has been registered according to the law. It is important for ships to have this certificate because it shows that they are following the rules and regulations of the country they are registered in.

For example, if a ship is registered in the United States, it will have a certificate of registry that proves it has been registered with the US government. This certificate will include important information about the ship, such as its name, owner, and nationality.

Another example is if a ship wants to enter a port in a foreign country, it will need to show its certificate of registry to prove that it is registered in a country that is recognized by that foreign country.

These examples illustrate how a certificate of registry is an important legal document for ships to have, as it proves that they are following the rules and regulations of the country they are registered in.

@mastermonkey45: Looking at some of the recent decisions in relation to when they went complete, I'd say it's a good sign. It seems many declines were sent within about 5-6 weeks of completion. Given those were applications that were SENT in January, I'd say that means you're still solidly in the running. :)

Sent an app to OSU in early december and have STILL not heard back
Give it 4 more weeks at least. Everyone in this chat needs to wait longer.
