A quick definition of solus cum sola in loco suspecto:

Term: SOLUS CUM SOLA IN LOCO SUSPECTO

Definition: Solus cum sola in loco suspecto is a Latin phrase used in law. It means that if a man and a woman are alone together in a place that seems suspicious, it can be considered as a questionable situation.

A more thorough explanation:

Solus cum sola in loco suspecto is a Latin phrase used in law. It means that a man and a woman are alone in a place that is considered suspicious.

For example, if a man and a woman are alone in a hotel room late at night, it could be considered a locus suspectus or a suspicious place. If they are there alone, it could be seen as a violation of the solus cum sola rule.

Another example could be a man and a woman alone in a parked car in a secluded area. This could also be seen as a suspicious place and a violation of the solus cum sola rule.

The solus cum sola in loco suspecto rule is meant to prevent situations where a man and a woman could be engaging in inappropriate behavior. It is often used in cases of sexual harassment or assault, where the victim was alone with the perpetrator in a suspicious place. The rule is meant to protect individuals from potentially dangerous situations and to prevent any misunderstandings or false accusations.

No, at least from the two people I know there that’s false. I think it’s just something like Chicago for conservatives is on par with S whereas for liberals it’s below HYS but above CCNP

I mean I think even the student body there only like 15 percent is part of fedsoc
It's more just not a good # for people who aren't willing to clerk conservative. I'm sure they place liberal clerks at an above average rate for a t-6 though. Maybe higher (not entirely sure)
