WISDOM FOR FUTURE GENERATIONS Take this with a grain of salt since I kind of did everything but remained KJD (1) start early college students, if you have a pre law program on campus meet with the advisors sophomore year or very early junior year to let them know this is the path you want to go on and take the…
You stats aren’t the only thing that matters. Ensure your softs are as strong as they can possibly be If you choose to be on reddit, be kind and seek reasonable advice (however people’s opinions aren’t the end all be all) Again, if you choose to be on reddit, be kind. Law schools are on reddit too Shoot your shot,…
I am a human Leatherman multi-tool: I can do a lot of things, yet I have mastered none. Law school to me is like jail- a situation where I will have no choice but to focus on one thing for 3 years. Please, do not fall into the trap that is the woman in the red dress/ shiny object syndrome, just because something is…
Ara chill the fuck out dude, you cite the same two infractions of hellwoods with no context over and over to justify your tyrannical bans. You’ve ignored far worse from other users actually attacking people if theyre your favorites. Grow up and learn the world isnt your sunshine rainbow kingdom and get a life, youre…
Apply wide. Really wide. Embarrassingly wide. Then let the dust settle and make the smartest boring decision available. My personal statement, additional essays, and resume all created a cohesive and powerful story as to why I wanted to be a lawyer! It helped me land specific program scholarships that…
Trust in God!
Getting 4 points higher on the lsat than someone whos gpa is .5-.6 points higher becuase they majored in Communications and watching them get higher scholarships than me is infuriating. If youre in college, major in art, NUMBER BIGGER is all that matters, no degree of difficulty is weighed.
Sometimes life just turns you upside down and you have to really look at yourself to decide what you want. Even then, you still may not know. Patience may be a virtue, but that doesn’t mean I have any. (waiting to hear back from schools)
Sometimes the obvious choice isn’t the best choice. Be confident in your decision and dreams and let it drive your future!
Everything happens for a reason. Work hard and know you’ve done your best. Above all, have faith and trust the process, and let the chips fall where they may.
LSAT is low but I have never been a good standardized test taker and displayed that through an addendum, also came down with the flu on my testing date.

Terrible GPA, wrote strong addendum. Less than ideal LSAT, wrote strong addendum. Your story is valuable. iiwii
