Admitted to Campbell UniversityFollow me; I’ll have some wisdom once I see how this cycle turns out lol. Atp, it’ll just be the blind leading the blind. UPDATE As the 2023-24 cycle is nearing its end, I am now wise enough about the LSA process to provide some valuable insight on what to expect. To preface this, let me begin by making it clear…
Recognize how much of a blessing it is that you can offset your four-year GPA with your two-hour LSAT score. STUDY FOR THE TEST AND TAKE PREP TESTS WEEKLY.
This process is long and challenging for a reason. It’s meant to weed out those who don’t have the willpower. Remember that you can do anything you set your mind to! ❤️
Whatever your practice LSAT’s are averaging, take five points off of that for test day. Set a very high bar for yourself. If you want a 170, work until you’re averaging a 175 across your past three practice tests. I consistently struggled with mid 160’s LSAT’s, PB 167, and my scores came in as follows: October 2022…
Could have pushed harder on my WLs, but was super excited about Wake so decided to go for it. Withdrew my UNC application after WLed because they announced at an Open House that the top 10 1Ls would get a full ride and no one else. That felt like it would create a horrible environment so really turned me off. Did…
Just a non-trad applicant wishing I knew to spend a little more time in the library than the bar, but NO REGRETS.
**LSAT Info: ** My initial LSAT was 164, and I applied to most of these schools with that score. I applied with my Jan. score of 166 to a handful of schools I placed on hold by emailing the admissions teams after deciding to take the LSAT again, and a few new ones I picked after receiving that score. Do not be…

You stats aren’t the only thing that matters. Ensure your softs are as strong as they can possibly be If you choose to be on reddit, be kind and seek reasonable advice (however people’s opinions aren’t the end all be all) Again, if you choose to be on reddit, be kind. Law schools are on reddit too Shoot your shot,…
Follow the applicant data that comes out. Judging by the data that came out, this is a competitive cycle at reach schools and for scholarship $ at target schools. When I was rejected from my reach schools, I decided to send a second wave of applications. When looking at scholarships, consider your total cost…

Application Advice: Visit schools! Attending virtual info sessions is great, but I think visiting schools made a huge difference in a some of my outcomes (especially UVA and Duke) and allowed me to figure out where would be the best fit- Write all of the “Why XYZ” essays. Schools want to know that you are…
Life didn’t end when I got a 126 on my diagnostic and a 146 on my first LSAT
Getting 4 points higher on the lsat than someone whos gpa is .5-.6 points higher becuase they majored in Communications and watching them get higher scholarships than me is infuriating. If youre in college, major in art, NUMBER BIGGER is all that matters, no degree of difficulty is weighed.
4-year college athlete in undergrad multiple surgeries affected my ability to get around, in turn, my academic performance (uGPA addendum) DUI during freshman year, at 18 (C/F issue) Current Active Duty member of Army Special Operations Unit -Campbell Accepted on 10/12
advice to my past self: don’t retake and re-apply during a pandemic :) :) :) :) not interested in big law debt adverse took the lsat more than once, but less than five times is sad it’s brutal out here**~~
when life gives you lemons, you make lemonade. when life gives you limes, you make limeade. when life gives you both, you make sprite.
