Do your best and trust that it will all work out. Regardless of what happens you will be rethinking law school by the end of you second week of 1L anyway haha Take the process but not yourself to seriously. You will end up where you are meant to be.
Apply early and broadly. I do think clearly taking ownership of my C&F issues as well as explaining why it wouldn’t be an issue in law school was the right approach.
Do NOT choose all of your undergrad classes/clubs/activities based on the goal of getting into law school – do what YOU love, do it well, and law schools will love you. (Although I do recommend trying mock trial, it’s super fun with the right team).
Make sure you have a safety school! Or a super safety school. It may not be your dream school, but you can try to transfer later, and it feels so nice to finally get my first A after a few rejections. I know I can at least GO to law school this year!

APPLY EARLY! If I could go back, I would prioritize applying early and having all my writing components complete by Aug/Sept Secondly, score really really does matter. Study hard, give it your best, but know you will end up where you need to be (:
Apply more broadly than you think is necessary, especially if applying in Feb/March. Apply as early as possible! I had no LORs from any academic source, only from my work supervisors. I think this played a significant role in admission decisions.
Will probably attend based on some combination of cost of attendance and employment outcomes. Current ranking based on acceptances (pretty iffy on it) : Florida Georgia Indiana Arizona State Minnesota Iowa (scholarship pending)
Engineering really messed my GPA up :/ Took 4 years off from school to work. Ended up spending time raising money for charity and managing a bar. Maintained a 3.5 after reenrolling and hopefully they take my improvements into consideration.

Apply early and know your career goals. Don’t get sucked into the hype and drama of trying to attend T1 schools for a prestigious piece of paper when you can be successful (and not in debt) a Good school. Work hard. Study hard. Just do your best.
Especially with the new essay prompts, I’d really try to leave yourself 3 months to write them if you can. Don’t underestimate the time it’ll take to write WhyX and extras for most of the T14. That’s one of the reasons I ended up applying so late.
Apply early and apply with quality apps. Don’t rush it. Go thru several drafts of your essays. Write the optional essays. Always. And apply broadly. Because no matter how well-positioned you think you are to get into certain schools, you’re wrong.
Applied to 17 schools last year (not until February and March) and only got into one, so I’ll be reapplying for Fall 2022. I’ve scored 157, 168, and 165 on LSATs and am working in the Clerk of District Court office in my hometown while I reapply.
Can’t really indicate this on the school app chart below, but I was also admitted to Harvard’s Ph.D. program in Philosophy and am thinking of doing a joint-degree in that program. Check back in a month or two for final thoughts after I commit! :)
